Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping, is a powerful holistic healing technique used to restore balance to your disrupted energy system in our bodies. 

Guided by a certified practitioner, clients tap on specific meridian points while focusing on a specific issue and emotion creating a positive energy flow by releasing and or reducing the emotional connection. 

EFT works for stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, weight loss, grief, limiting beliefs, performance, trauma and PTSD. EFT calms the nervous system and allows for reduction in cortisol levels and food cravings.
